Awa: What country is witnessing crimes of moral corruption guise of religious

In response to a question about access to the Muslim Brotherhood to the majority of seats in the People's Council, Awa said: "I do not think that the Muslim Brotherhood or any other religious stream will get the majority of the seats in the upcoming elections, because this is not possible," he said.

He declined to characterize the existence of the Muslim Brotherhood on the scene by surprise, saying: "Brothers are a long time and entered the prison, generation after generation, the real surprise straying if they had the votes of the people in elections, but we should not fear anyone and improve the use of our votes in elections."

And about his candidacy for the presidency, he emphasized that his decision has not been decided yet, saying: "I have not declared my position from standing, will not be announced until after the issuance of the law organizing the presidential elections, which was not issued until now."
